Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）両側１対の支持捧に、双方の対向する側から上部
    にかけ、複数条の支持溝が等間陥に設けられ、双方の支
    持棒の対応する各支持溝に半導体ウエーハをまたがらせ
    て挿入し立てて支持するようにしてあり、これらの支持
    溝の一方側の内壁面を開口側が広がる方向に傾斜させた
    ことを特徴とするウエーハボート。
  2. （２）支持溝の傾斜した一方側の内壁面に対し、他方側
    の内壁面も同一方向に傾斜させたことを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のウエーハボート。
