の、ｂは上下の放熱ブ遁ツクに冷却用流水路を設けた本
考案の実施例を示す。 冷却装置２，３の一方または両方には、流入孔７，７′
と排出口８，８′が設けられていて流水し放熱ブロック
４，５を冷却している。 第２図ａは従来のこの種半導体放熱装置の側面図、同ｂ
は平面図の一部断面図を示す。

  1. 上下両電極放熱ブロックの間に半導体素子を挿入圧接し
    てなる大電力半導体装置用ケ一子において、上下両電極
    の放熱ブロックの一方または両方に冷却水導入孔と排出
    口を設けたことを特徴とする大電力用半導体放熱装置。
