コムの端子片を溶接し、次に絶縁外被を施こすよ
うに構成したブロツク電子部品の製造法に関する
ものである。

の製造法は、第1図に示すように連結されたコム
1を使用し、次に円柱状をした複数個の電子部品
2の両端の導電性金属3,3′とコム1の先端部
とを溶接し、その後第2図のように樹脂4等で成
形加工し、次にコム1の連結部1aおよび連結腕
部1bを切断し、第3図のようにコム1′が切断
された形として特性チエツクを行い完成品として
いた。

6図に示すごとくコム7を小径部で折曲げ、次に
第7図に示すごく樹脂で成形して絶縁外被8を施
し、連結部7aを切断し、第3図に示すような形
状の完成品とする。

以上のように本発明は構成されているものであ
り、従来のように火花により電子部品を劣化させ
ることも少くなり、不良品を最少限にすることも
出来るし、従来の様な溶接部の接触部が点接触で
なく、面接触なので接触不良も最少限にすること
が出来て大幅なコストダウンが図れるものであ
る。
