外に除去できずに蒸し焼きのようになり被焙煎物
中の水分の残存量が多く、変質、酸化が早くなる

(目的)
本考案は従来装置の半分以下の熱量と半分以下

ずる油のにじみを防止し、表面をきれいにし、又
被焙煎物中の水分を完全に蒸発させ水分による酸
化のない風味のよい焙煎物を得ることを目的とし

次に添付図面に示した本考案の一実施例につい
て詳細に説明する。1は焙煎室で外周に多数の小
孔を有する焙煎ドラム2を水平状に回転自在に設
置し、該焙煎ドラム2を加熱するバーナー3が一
側内部に取り付けてある。焙煎ドラム2の中心軸
4外周には熱風噴射孔を多数穿設した熱風噴射パ
イプ5が同心に取り付けられている。6は焙煎室
上部の排気筒でその下方に3本の予熱パイプ7が
水平に配設され、焙煎室6外部に設置したプロワ
ー8と予熱パイプ7の一端をパイプ9で連通し、
他端をバーナー10で加熱される5本の加熱パイ
プ11の一端にパイプ12で連通し、加熱パイプ
11の他端と前記熱風噴射パイプ5とをパイプ1
3で連通している。14は被焙煎物15を焙煎ド

衝撃によつて生ずる油のにじみが熱風で極めて少
くなり表面をきれいにでき、又被焙煎物中の水分
を完全に蒸発させるので水分による酸化でなく風
