    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＩＣの製造工程中に生ずるリード曲がりを検出， する
    隙間ゲージと、被検ＩＣを載置台にのせ上記ゲージ内に
    ＩＣを搬入させるＩＣ搬入手段と、上記ゲージで検出さ
    れたＩＣ不良品に対し載置台を傾斜させ良品と分離させ
    る分離機構を備えたＩＣのリード曲がり検出選別装置。
