- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 互いに電気的接続された太陽電池素子を樹脂に埋設
し、該樹脂表面を透明フイルムで被ってなる装置におい
て、上記透明７イルムは少なくとも透湿度の低いフイル
ム層を含んでなることを特徴とする太陽電池装置。 ２ 前記透明フイルムは、透湿度の低いフイルムに耐候
性透明フイルムが積層されてなることを特徴とする請求
