    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁性基板上にアモルファスシリコンａ −Ｓｉ層とこ
    のａ−Ｓｉ層の同一面に一対の電極とを形成したａ−Ｓ
    ｉ等倍光センサーにおいて、少なくとも前記ａ−Ｓｉ層
    の露光部分を含むように真空蒸着法により酸化シチコン
    膜を形成し、この酸化シリコン膜上にプラズマＣＶＤ法
    による窒化シリコン膜を形成したことを特徴とするａ−
    Ｓｉ等倍光センサ
