Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は発毛促進剤、更に詳しくは竹節人参又は竹節人
参エキスを含有する発毛促進剤に関する。

一般に発毛促進剤として使用される物質は優れた主目的
効果を呈するとともに比較的長期間にわたり連用するこ
とから、特に安全性が高いことが要求される。

本発明者等は、上述の効果を有する物質の探索研究をな
した結果、竹節人参がこの目的にかなうことを見出し本

竹節人参はウコギ科のトチバニンジン（Ｐａｎａｘｊａ
ｐｏｎｉｃｕｍ）の根茎をそのままあるいは湯通しして
乾燥したものをいい滋養強壮剤として繁用されている朝
鮮人参（オタネニンジン： Ｐａｎａｘｇｉｎｓｅｎｇ
）と類似しているが成分のサポニンの種類が異なり、
袂痰、解熱、健胃薬とくに腎部の熱感および水分停滞感
、心か部のつかえの治療などに用いられている。

本発明の優れた発毛効果は竹節人参を検体としこれを除
毛クリームで脱毛したｄｄＹ系雄性マウスの腹部に２週
間塗布した結果確認した。

即ち、竹節人参塗布群は対照群（アルコール水溶液のみ
）と比較し塗布初期から顕著な発毛がみられ投与期間中

本発明の発毛促進剤の実施に際しては、竹節人参エキス
末を配合したアルコールローション。

竹節人参エキス（日本粉末薬品製、１重量部の竹節人参
を３重量部の５０％アルコールを抽出したもの）を検液
