It is an annular fastening member rotatably supported by a front plate 5, and has a plurality of locking claws 4a bent inward at appropriate intervals on its outer peripheral edge. Reference numeral 6 denotes a lid body that removably closes the opening of the pressure vessel 1, and has a plurality of locking protrusions 6a provided at appropriate intervals on the outer periphery. This locking protrusion 6a is formed to correspond to the locking claw 4a. The rotation range of the annular fastening member 4 is approximately one pitch of the locking pawl 4a, and the locking pawl 4a and the locking protrusion 6a are securely engaged at the dead end portion at one end, and completely disengaged at the other end. It's becoming like that.

By fitting a handle 13 fixed to the lid 6 into the clip pin 12, the door 8 and the lid 6 are opened and closed as one unit. Furthermore, when the door 8 is closed, the lid 6 closes the opening of the pressure vessel 1, and in this state, when the annular fastening member 4 is rotated,
The lid body 6 connects the opening of the pressure vessel 1 with an annular packing 7.

After setting to supply power to the lower heating device 16, fill a suitable container with water and heat the lower heating device 1 in the pressure vessel 1.
The lid body 6 is placed on top of the lid body 6 and the annular packing 7 is attached.
When the door 8 is closed and the fastening knob 27 is operated, the annular fastening member 4 is rotated, and the locking pawl 4a and the locking protrusion 6a engage with each other to form a sealed pressurized container. When the power is turned on, the water boils and the generated steam causes the pressure and temperature inside the pressure vessel 1 to rise as shown in Figure 5. At time t 1 , the pressure inside the pressure vessel 1 is set by the pressure regulator. When the pressure reaches, for example, 2 kg/cm 2 and exceeds that level, the adjustment weight 3 is pushed up, the adjustment hole 2 is opened, and the steam escapes to the outside, maintaining the pressure at 2 kg/cm 2 .

When food is placed in a container with water, the food is boiled at 120°C, making it soft in a short amount of time, making it possible to cook hot pot dishes at high speed. Further, in this case, since the entire interior of the pressure vessel 1 is of a sealed and pressurized type, high-speed pressure cooking can be performed in any container containing the food to be cooked as long as it can be placed inside the pressure vessel.

5 and the lower heating device 16, and in a state where the saucer 28 and the gridiron 29 are arranged in the pressure vessel 1 as shown in Fig. 4, a closed pressure vessel can be formed in the same manner as described above. It becomes like a sealed oven.

At time t1 , the temperature reaches 2Kg/cm 2 and 120°C.

However, the internal pressure gradually decreases due to a slight leakage of gas from around the annular packing 7 and the like as the generation of water vapor stops.

This enables pressure cooker cooking in any container, softens cooking ingredients in a short time, and saves energy. Also,
By using a grill or saucer, you can perform pressure roasting, which applies pressure to the melanoidin reaction that eliminates the odor of cooked food, aminocarbonyl reaction, and deep fry flavor phenomenon.
Allows for soft, energy-saving oven cooking. Furthermore, by opening the pressure regulating valve or removing the lid, and covering the opening of the pressure vessel with a door,
It can be used in the same way as a conventional oven, expanding the range of cooking possibilities, and the lid can be attached and removed by opening and closing the door without touching the hot lid directly. As a result, we were able to make significant improvements in terms of safety and operation.
