Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a compact device, to reduce the power consumption as much as possible and to improve the room temperature distribution in the living area by disposing a room air drawing opening at the lower end and an air outlet at the upper end of a hollow box, a fan for air drawing and discharging being disposed in said box. CONSTITUTION:A hollow box 1 has in its lower part a room air drawing opening 2 and an air outlet 3 in its upper part or in the proximity thereof that discharges the drawn air into the room upwardly at an oblique angle, and further, the box has in it a fan 4 for air drawing and discharging. By this constitution, when either cooling or heating operation is performed through an existing heater, the temperature differential between the upper and lower parts of the room can be reduced by positively drawing the cool air along the horizontal plane or nearly along the horizontal plate that tends to stay in a layer which is lower than the room air drawing range of the cooler/heater and by discharging the drawn air from said cooler/heater to cause same to mix with the cool air or warm air.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] <Industrial Application Field> The uninvented area is mainly used for air conditioning in general households and various offices [cooling, heating]. This invention relates to an auxiliary air blower for air conditioning that is used in combination with a dedicated unit (including a dedicated unit and a dual-use unit that switches between air conditioning and heating) to forcefully circulate indoor air.

<Conventional technology and its problems> The blower-type air conditioner/heater, which has been commonly used in the past, sucks in all indoor air from a specific height level and cools or heats it by passing it through a heat exchanger. Afterwards, the cool or warm air is blown into the room at a specific height level that does not interfere with the above-mentioned suction indoor air, so cooling or heating is performed using a single circulation path method, so the level settings of the suction and outlet ports and the wind direction are important. Although it is possible to make some adjustments by adjusting the air conditioner, in general, when cooling, the cold air is almost unopened, and warm air tends to accumulate in the upper layer, resulting in a large temperature difference between the top and bottom of the room, and when heating, the cold air flows into the lower layer. On the other hand, the warm air rises and accumulates in the upper layer, increasing the temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the room.In any case, a comfortable air-conditioned space cannot be obtained, If cold or warm air is blown out to the entire residential zone in order to correct it even a little, it will exceed 2A.
Not only does the hot, cold, and cold air directly hit the human body, causing discomfort, but it also poses a risk of damaging health, especially when air conditioning is used. Therefore, in some cases, the above-mentioned single-circulation type air conditioner and circulator are used in combination.

However, conventional circulators are installed near the ceiling and sucked indoor air. Since the air was blown downward, the air tended to circulate in a short path near the circulator, causing indoor air? It was not possible to circulate the entire temperature; rather, the circulation effect of the air conditioner was completely disrupted, and there was almost no effect on improving the temperature distribution.

In view of these circumstances, the inventors of the present invention have improved the indoor temperature distribution 21, particularly in the vertical direction, by circulating indoor air overall and rationally by using existing air conditioning and heating in combination. In order to do so, as a result of repeated experiments and intensive research, we succeeded in developing the following air-conditioning air-conditioning air blower equipped with a Keyaki structure, and we have previously obtained a patent. The outline of the air-conditioning auxiliary blower device according to the earlier application is as clearly shown in Figures 5 and 6. Indoor air suction port (02→.

(02B) '! r is provided, and the box (0
At the intermediate height position of 1), there is a vent (03) that forcibly blows out the suction air into the vacuum chamber, and a fan (04). Air blower? When used in conjunction with an existing blower-type air conditioner/heater, the cold or warm air drawn through the air conditioner/heater is blown out as before, while at the same time, during cooling, the hot indoor air r1 or stagnant in the upper layer of the air blowing area is removed. During heating, is there cold air that tends to accumulate below the indoor air suction area of the air conditioner? Actively suction along a horizontal or almost horizontal surface, and then Is it possible to mix the cool air or warm air blown from the air conditioner/heater, thereby causing the cold air or warm air blown from the air conditioner/heater to become supercooled or superheated over time? Not only can this be avoided, but the air throughout the room, including the hot air in the upper layer of the room or the cold air in the lower layer of the room, can be completely circulated, and the air conditioner can be cooled.
In both cases of heating, the air blowing level from the air conditioner is always set at a higher level than the residential zone, and the above-mentioned circulation effect can be obtained. Is it possible to raise or lower the indoor temperature? It is extremely small and can achieve comfortable heating and cooling by making the entire room temperature uniform. It is especially effective for air conditioning when there are many obstacles indoors, such as in an office, and it is We can expect remarkable effects such as no low-temperature range, avoidance of hot/cold air or overheated/warm air directly hitting the human body, and no discomfort or adverse effects on health. It has come to this.

<Technical Issues> As mentioned above, the inventors of the present invention have achieved comfortable air conditioning and heating with very little difference in temperature between the upper and lower sides using the device of the previous application. Without stopping here, we continued to conduct further experimental research. We found that the already developed advance drying device is very tall and requires too much installation space.Although it is certainly effective in improving indoor temperature distribution, it consumes a lot of power. There are practical difficulties such as a large In other words, we realized that the performance was excessive in terms of achieving comfortable heating and cooling in residential zones.

For use in one household> The device of the present invention having such a special configuration is as follows:
In both cases of cooling and heating using an existing air-conditioning/heating unit, the indoor air suction area by the air-conditioning/heating unit draws the cold air that may have accumulated in the lower area along a horizontal or almost horizontal plane. Are you actively suctioning, and that suctioning air? Is it supercooling or addition of cold air or warm air blown out from the air conditioner/heater over time by mixing it with the cold air blown out from the air conditioner/heater or the warm air ii-j? It is possible to avoid the temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the room due to the circulation of a large amount of indoor air including cold air in the lower layer of the room. During both cooling and heating, air is drawn only from the lower layer and is blown out diagonally upward from the residential zone, and the upper layer near the ceiling and the almost triangular shape in the position directly above the equipment M. Warm air that has accumulated in the dead zone is released as is, but the zone where it is left is a non-residential zone considering the usage status between indoor windows, and even if the temperature in such a non-residential zone is somewhat high, it is not a residential zone. This does not impair the comfort of heating and cooling in the zone. In other words, comfortable heating and cooling? To achieve this, it is sufficient to reduce the temperature difference between the upper and lower sides of the residential zone, and there is no need to make the temperature of the other non-residential zones as low as that of the residential zone. From this point of view, does the device of the present invention have a rational indoor air circulation effect that targets only the indoor air in the residential zone and circulates it throughout? It is something that can be demonstrated.

Therefore, in both cases of cooling and heating, as shown by the solid line arrow in Figure 4, indoor air in the area below the indoor air suction area (dotted line arrow) by the air conditioner (EC) is circulated horizontally. The cold air is sucked along a horizontal plane and blown diagonally upward into the room from the opening (3), and is blown out from the air conditioner (E C) as shown by the dot arrow. By rapidly flowing the mixture with warm air, cooling or heating with a small difference in temperature between the upper and lower temperatures in the residential zone can be achieved.
At this time, although air with a considerably higher temperature than the residential zone remains in the raised area near the ceiling, there is almost no decrease in the cooling or heating effect due to this.
