Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 【技術分野】
本発明は、鉄骨系プレハブ住宅のＹ型屋根に用いられ、
垂木を支持するための集合部材に関する。
【背景技術】
従来のＹ型屋根、即ち無落嘗工法においては、現場の高
所で敷桁、東、母屋と行った部材を１つ１つ組み立てて
いたので、施工に手間ら掛かるし、施工時間も掛かり、
また高所作業に時間がかかると作業事故の危険性も大き
くなるという問題があった。
【発明の目的】
本発明は叙上のような技術的背景に鑑みて為されたもの
であり、その目的とするところは敷桁と束と母屋とを予
め組み立てられた集合部材（勾配材）とし、施工の１ｌ
ＩＩ略化及Ｖ１／Ａ工時間の短縮化を図り、高所作業を
減らして安全性を向上させ、更にこの部材による支持強
度を大さくすることを目的とする。
【発明の開示】
本発明ｍ！ｒ１支持用の勾配材は、水平に配設される敷
桁１と敷桁１上方で傾斜させて配設される母屋２との間
にｇ、数本の束３を垂直に立て、敷桁１と母屋２と一対
の東３とにより囲まれた開ロイに補強面材４を張設して
成ることを特徴とするものであり、敷桁１と東３と母屋
２とが一体に形成されていて集合部材化されており、し
かも補強而材４により垂直方向、水平方向及び対角方向
に補強されているので大きな支持強度を出すことができ
るのである。 以下本発明の実施例を添付図に基いて詳述する。 勾配材５は第１図に示されており、水平に配設される敷
桁１の上方に傾針させて母屋２が配設されており、ｆｆ
ｉ指１と母１２との間には複数本の束３が垂直に立てら
れている。従って、勾配材５は母屋２部分で傾針を有す
る台形をしている。更に、一対の束３と敷桁１と母ｌｌ
ｌ！２とに囲まれた闇ロイは台形板状の補強面材４によ
り泰が跣、補強面材４の周囲は敷桁１、東３及１母ｌ！
２に固着されている。第１ｔｉｉｌでは、ｍロイの一簡
所に補強面材４を取り付けであるが、もっと多くの囲ロ
イに補強面材４を取り付けてもよい、尚、母屋２、東３
、敷桁１及び補強面材４は木材製であり、勾配材５は工
場生産されるものである。 このようにして、枯威された勾配材５は第２図に示すよ
うに横樋６を隔てて低い側を突き合わせるようにして梁
７や柱の上に立てて固定され、間隔をおいて並べられた
勾配材５の母屋２の上には垂木８が掛け１１され、この
垂木８の上に野地板や折版Ｅ１４１１材９等を葺いてＹ
　！Ｓ２尾根が措威されるのＣある。
【発明の効果】
本発明は駅述のごとく溝成されているかＣ１、組み立て
られた勾配材を家屋骨組の高所にクレーンなどで吊り上
げ、これを梁や柱の上に固定するだけで簡単に施工でき
、施工の簡略化と施工時間の短縮化を図れ、更には高所
作業の安全性が増すという利点がある。しかも、敷桁と
束と母屋とは補強面材により補強されているので、勾配
材の水平方向、垂直方向及（／対角方向の耐負荷ｇｉ度
を大きくでさるという利点がある。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本発明の一実施例を示す正面図、第２図は同上
の勾配材の施工状！！説明図、第３図はＹ型爪損を有す
る家屋の一部破断した外観斜視図であり、１は敷桁、２
はａ屋、３は束、４は補強面材、イは開口である。

Claims (2)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）水平に配設される敷桁と敷桁上方で傾斜させて配
    設される母屋との間に複数本の束を垂直に立て、敷桁と
    母屋と一対の束とにより囲まれた開口に補強面材を張設
    して成ることを特徴とする屋根支持用の勾配材。
  2. （２）束の高さの高い側の端の開口に補強面材を張着し
    て成ることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項記載の屋
    根支持用の勾配材。
