Claims (1)
、その冷接点付近の雰囲気温度により補償する熱
電対の冷接点補償装置において、上記雰囲気温度
を検出する温度センサと、この温度センサに接続
される冷接点補償回路とを一体化してハイブリツ
ド素子となし、このハイブリツド素子を信号処理
回路をのせたプリント板に着脱自在に装着しうる
ようになし、この装着状態にあつては上記温度セ
ンサが熱電対接続用の端子板近傍の貫通孔に挿入
されるように構成したことを特徴とする発熱電対
の冷接点補償装置。 (2) 温度センサを、ハイブリツド素子において
舌片状に突出させたことを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第1項に記載の熱電対の冷接点補償
装置。 (3) 冷接点補償は、温度センサが検出した雰囲
気温度値と熱電対が検出した温度値とを、冷接点
補償回路にて加算することによつて行うようにし
た実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の熱電対
