Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ステータ鉄心の位置決め用穴に合成絶縁材を
    充填する成形絶縁体を形成し、 その成形絶縁体を軸方向に貫通するピンを設け
    、 このピンの一端にステータ鉄心に巻回するコイ
    ルの端末を接続し、 そのピンの他端はコントロール回路部材を載置
    するプリント基板のランド部へ半田付け したことを特徴とするブラシレスモータ。 ２ ステータ鉄心のロータ側表面を覆い軸方向に
    第１のピン孔をもつ薄板状の第１の成形絶縁体と
    、 ステータ鉄心のプリント基板側表面を覆う薄板
    部と、ステータ鉄心の位置決め用穴を充填し軸方
    向に第２のピン孔を有する突起部と、ステータ鉄
    心とプリント基板との間にステータ鉄心に巻回す
    るコイルによつて生ずるスペーサ部とを一体に形
    成された第２の成形絶縁体とをそなえ、 第１および第２のピン孔を前記ピンが貫通する
    ようにした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    ブラシレスモータ。 ３ コイルを巻装するステータ鉄心の表面にイン
    サートモールドにより形成された絶縁被膜と、ス
    テータ鉄心を保持する保持部材とを同時一体成形
    したステータを設けた実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載のブラシレスモータ。
