Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被検査ＩＣをソケツトボードに装着し、上記の
    ソケツトボードをテスタ本体に挿入し、該ソケツ
    トボードのコネクタ部をテスタ本体のコネクタに
    嵌合せしめるＩＣテスタにおいて、複数枚のソケ
    ツトボードを前後進の摺動自在に平行に支承して
    収納するスライドボツクスを設け、上記のスライ
    ドボツクスをテスタ本体に対して前後進摺動自在
    に支承するとともに前後進駆動する手段を設け、
    かつ、上記スライドボツクスの後端部にソケツト
    ボードを前進方向に押動する部材を係脱自在に支
    承するとともに、該スライドボツクスの前端付近
    にソケツトボードを後退方向に押動する部材を固
    着したことを特徴とするＩＣテスタのソケツトボ
    ード着脱機構。
