調節具、６０・・・可動調節板、７・・・副調節具。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ■ 電気導体製の発振器ケースの内部壁面に、誘電体共
    振器と能動素子とを具えた発振回路を装備すると共に、
    発振器ケースの内部には電気導体によって形成された可
    動調節板が前記誘電体共振器に対し接近離間可能に配備
    され、該可動調節板の位置調節により発振周波数の調整
    が可能なマイクロ波発振器に於で、前記発振器ケース中
    には電気導体によって形成した細軸状の副調節具が先端
    面の前記誘電体共振器に対する接近離間が可能に配備さ
    れていることを特徴とするマイクロ波発振器。 ■ 発振回路３は能動素子とし７ＧａＡｓＦＥＴを具え
    、誘電体共振器４に近接して設けた２条のマイクロスト
    リップライン３１．３２を夫々前記ＦＥＴ３Ｑのゲート
    Ｇ及びドレインＤに接続して帰還路を形成し、ＦＥＴ３
    ＱのソースＳは接地され、ドレインＤはインターデジタ
    ルキャパシタ３５を介して出力端３４に接続されている
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のマイク口波発振
    器。 ■ 副調節具７は発振器ケース１に貫通螺合し、先端面
    を可動調節板６０の側方に位置している実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項又は第２項に記載のマイクロ波発振器。
