Claims (1)
- 噴流はんだ槽に２回デイツプする方式にあたり
、予め前記噴流はんだ槽の噴流口の対向側及び噴
流側の少なくとも一方に赤外線ヒーターを設置し
、プリント配線基板等の基板に前記赤外線ヒータ
ーから赤外線を放射し、かつ、前記噴流はんだ槽
の噴流口から溶融はんだを噴流させて、この噴流
はんだに接合部を通過接触させてはんだ付けする
ことを特徴とする噴流はんだ付け装置。
