Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 液晶表示板のリード電極部と、液晶駆動用
回路基板のリード電極部を、導電材料を介して重
ね合せ、液晶表示板と液晶駆動用回路を、電気的
に接続するものにおいて、前記リードパターン表
面を絶縁材料で被覆し、リード電極部のみ絶縁材
料を開孔した事を特徴とする液晶表示板の接続装
置。 (2) 前記リード電極を千鳥状に設置し、液晶用
回路基板もしくは、液晶表示板のリード電極部が
前記絶縁材料、表面と同高、もしくは凸なる事を
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
液晶表示板の接続装置。 (3) 前記導電材料にカーボン粉末や金属粒子等
の導電性物質を接着剤中に分散させた異方性導電
材料、もしくはハンダを用いた事を特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の液晶表示板の
接続装置。
