Claims (1)
- レーザビームを計測点に集光し、この計測点を
通過する微小粒子が散乱するレーザ散乱光を電気
信号に変換し、この電気信号を処理して流速に対
応した信号を出力するレーザ流速計において、ハ
ーフミラーで分割した２本のビームの位置又は向
きを変える手段と、それぞれ方向およびＹ方向
計測用の各２本の送光フアイバ、受光用フアイバ
、集光レンズおよび受光レンズよりなるフイーバ
プローブと、このフアイバプローブを用いそ上記
Ｘ方向計測用送光フアイバにレーザビームを入射
してＸ方向の速度を計測する手段と、上記フアイ
バプローブを用い且つ上記ハーフミラーを移動さ
せて上記Ｙ方向計測用送光フアイバにレーザビー
ムを入射してＹ方向の速度を計測する手段とを具
備してなることを特徴とするレーザ流速計。
