Claims (1)
- 空胴内に誘電体共振器を設け、この空胴の外部
から周波数調整用金属片を内部に出し入れし、こ
の金属片と前記誘電体共振器との間の距離を変化
させることにより発振周波数の制御を行う高周波
発振器において、前記金属片の調整後、この金属
片が前記空胴外壁に半田付けで気密に封止固定さ
れていることを特徴とする高周波発振器。
