  1. マイクロストリツプ線路と誘電体共振器との電
    磁結合によりＴＥ０１モードの共振が励振される
    マイクロ波発振器において、前記誘電体共振器の
    開放端に誘電体および導電体を接近させまたは離
    間させる調整手段を設けたことを特徴とするマイ
    クロ波発振器。
