- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電池電源と、 ガスにより抵抗値が変化する金属酸化物半導体
と、この半導体を加熱するためのヒータとを有す
るガスセンサと、 ガスセンサのヒータを電池電源に接続するため
のスイツチング要素と、 ガスセンサ中の金属酸化物半導体の抵抗値から
特定のガスを検出するためのガス検出回路と、 前記スイツチング要素のオン期間のデユーテイ
比を周期的に変化させて、ガスセンサを高温域と
低温域とに周期的に加熱するためのデユーテイ比
制御信号と、ガスセンサが低温域に加熱されてい
る期間内に前記ガス検出回路を動作させるための
サンプリング信号を発するタイマ要素、 とを有する特定ガス検出装置。
