- ロボツトアーム内に配置されロボツトのハンド
またはリストに接続される複数の形状記憶合金線
から成るアクチユエータの前記各記憶合金線は冷
却流体が供給される複数の冷却管内にそれぞれ収
納されているロボツト用アクチユエータの冷却装
置において、前記複数の冷却管の一端はまとめて
流体カツプリングに接続され、前記流体カツプリ
ングは冷却流体供給源に接続されていることを特
徴とするロボツト用アクチユエータの冷却装置。
