  1. 電子顕微鏡の蛍光板上に写し出された極低倍の
    画像を記憶し、該記憶した画像のデータを読み出
    して表示する電子顕微鏡の極低倍像表示装置であ
    つて、記憶した画像のデータの読み出しアドレス
    を試料の移動量に対応して移動させる面像データ
    読み出し手段を備え、該画像データ読み出し手段
    は、蛍光板上に高倍の画像を写し出し表示画面上
    に極低倍の画像を表示する際、高倍の画像部分が
    表示装置の中心に表示されるように読み出しアド
    レスを移動することを特徴とする電子顕微鏡の極
    低倍像表示装置。
