    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 螢光表示管の一方の基板上に直接ＩＣチツプを
    ダイボンデイングレ、表示用電極を形成する導電
    膜を前記ＩＣチツプ近傍に延長して所定のボンデ
    イングパツドを形成し、前記ＩＣチツプと前記表
    示用電極を電気的にワイヤーボンデイング接続し
    てなる螢光表示管において、前記ボンデイングパ
    ツド部が薄膜配線層と厚膜パツド層の二層構造か
    ら成り、かつ下層となる薄膜配線層の先端形状が
    複数の短冊状となつて形成されていることを特徴
    とする螢光表示管。
