Claims (1)
- 対向する２個の金属電極の間に極性を揃えて固
着される少なくとも１個のシリコンダイオードペ
レツトのそれぞれのｐ層とｎ層の厚さが異なるも
のにおいて、ｐ層とｎ層の厚さのいずれか薄い方
の最外端のシリコンダイオードペレツトに低抵抗
シリコンスペーサを介して外側に金属リード電極
が固着されていることを特徴とする高耐圧シリコ
ンダイオード。
