Claims (1)
- 厚み系の振動が励起される圧電片と、該圧電片
を封入する平板状の容器と、該容器の対向する側
面を貫通した一対のリード線と、該一対のリード
線のそれぞれの略中央から分岐して分割されその
先端部にて前記圧電片の両端外周部を電気的・機
械的に接続する保持用アームとからなることを特
徴とする圧電振動子。
