Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 運搬する金属製ワークを運搬用パレツト内に積
    載する際に発生する衝突音を防止するための粒状
    物を前記運搬用パレツト内に供給する装置であつ
    て、 前記運搬用パレツト底面には金属製ワークのみ
    保持し前記粒状物は自由に脱落できる底面部材を
    設け、この運搬用パレツトを乗せて粒状物供給及
    び金属製ワーク積載をおこなう積載作業場へ移動
    させるローラコンベアを設け、ローラコンベアの
    うち積載作業場の上を通過する作業場ローラコン
    ベアを二条に分けて前記運搬用パレツトの両側面
    に突出するローラ被支持体の下面を支持する高さ
    に設け、かつ作業場ローラコンベアは下降できる
    構成とし、前記積載作業場は周囲の作業床よりも
    低い位置まで前記粒状物を蓄えたピツトから成り
    、このピツトの底部には粒状物を循環させるスク
    リユーコンベアを有する循環パイプの一端を開口
    させ、他端は前記粒状物を供給するため運搬用パ
    レツトの上方に位置する供給用タンクに開口させ
    たことを特徴とする連続式防音型ワーク積載装置
    。
