- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 出力結合スリツトを取り囲む封着面の周囲
にフランジを形成しそのフランジに複数の貫通孔
を設けた出力導波管と、前記貫通孔に対応する位
置にねじ穴を設けた外壁を有する同軸共振器とを
備え、前記出力導波管と共振器外壁とをねじ止め
固定し封着したことを特徴とする同軸型マグネト
ロン。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
前記共振器外壁が、同軸共振器外軸であることを
特徴とする同軸型マグネトロン。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
前記共振器外壁が、同軸共振器短絡板であること
を特徴とする同軸型マグネトロン。
