- ハウジングの下部に分散板を配置し、この分散
板上でハウジング内に粒状触媒を設け、原料ガス
を分散板の下方からハウジング内に送入して、触
媒を流動化して流動層を形成することを特徴とす
る変成ガスの製造装置。
