    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被検試料あるいは希釈液を必要に応じ、吸い上
    げる吸引ポンプと、前記吸上げた被検試料を一定
    量分取する定量弁と、液をしや断するダンパと、
    前記定量分取した被検試料を希釈液で一定濃度に
    希釈撹拌するミキシングコイルと、希釈試料中の
    濃度を分析する検知器と、検知器の対極となる比
    較電極を備えた化学分析装置において、クローズ
    ドループで希釈液を電気的にしや断し、常時流し
    ておくことを特徴とする液体試料分析装置。
