Claims (1)
- 表面に塗布剤が塗られた被塗布物に向け検査光
を投射する投射手段と、この投射光が被塗布物表
面で反射した反射光を受光してその光量を検出す
る検出手段とを有しており、前記被塗布物表面を
倣う接触子に基づき前記投射手段および検出手段
を被塗布物表面に対して一定の姿勢に保つ調整手
段が設けられていることを特徴とする塗布確認装
置。
