上記投入装置の一構成要素であるパレツトの平面
図であり、第４図はそれの正面図、第５図はそれ
の部分側面図である。第６図は上記投入装置の一
構成要素である台車の正面図であり、第７図はそ
れの平面図である。第８図は上記投入装置のパレ
ツト支持台およびそれに付属した移載装置を示す
平面図であり、第９図はそれの正面図である。第
１０図は上記投入装置の一構成要素である投入機
の要部を示す正面図であり、第１１図および第１
２図はその投入機の固定クランプ具と可動クラン
プ具とを示す側面図である。第１３図は上記投入
機の移動台を移動させるための駆動装置を示す概
略平面図である。第１４図は従来の投入装置の一
例を示す概略平面図である。 ２０：コンベア、２２：パレツト支持台、２４

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数種類の長尺材を対象装置に投入する装置で
    あつて、 複数本の長尺材を予め定められた姿勢でかつそ
    れの両端部が外部へ突出した状態で保持する複数
    個のパレツトと、 互いに平行に設置され、前記パレツトを所定の
    位置に支持する複数基のパレツト支持台と、 それら複数基のパレツト支持台に対して共通に
    設けられ、それらパレツト支持台上のパレツトか
    ら前記長尺材を取り出して対象装置に投入する投
    入機と、 前記複数基のパレツト支持台の各々に対して１
    台ずつ設けられ、各パレツト支持台の一端に隣接
    したパレツト引渡位置とパレツト支持台から離れ
    たパレツト受取位置とに移動可能な台車と、 各台車がパレツト引渡位置にある状態で各台車
    から各パレツト支持台へパレツトを移載する移載
    装置と を含むことを特徴とする長尺材投入装置。
