れてなるクライストロンの空胴共振装置において

方向の外壁が純度の高い銅材で形成され、かつ径
方向断面の中間部分に、上記外壁の金属よりも高
強度の部材が配置されてなることを特徴とするク
ライストロンの空胴共振装置。
