BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, cushion pads for vehicles and the like have been used to provide cushion pads with different hardness by inserting insert materials in order to improve the holding feeling of the seat or to obtain good cushioning properties. Porous materials such as urethane slab chips are often used as the insert material, and as shown in FIG. When molding the pad material 3 integrally with the pad material 2, the foamed synthetic resin stock solution tends to impregnate the insert material 2, and the air in the foam mold 1 tends to accumulate around the insert material 2. The foaming speed of the foamed synthetic resin stock solution on the side close to the insert material 2 is slow, and after the foaming of the foamed synthetic resin stock solution on the outside progresses, the foaming of the foamed synthetic resin stock solution near the insert material 2 progresses, and the insert material 2
The air accumulated around the insert material 2, the air inside the insert material 2, and the foaming gas generated during the foaming of the foamed synthetic resin in contact with the insert material destroy the foamed air bubbles in the outer pad material 3. Since these air and foaming gases are discharged from the vent hole 4, they cause the pad material 3 to crack. Furthermore, foamed synthetic resin waste 5, so-called urethane bread, etc., was generated from the vent hole 4 of the foamed mold 1, resulting in wasted use of the foamed synthetic resin stock solution.

The pad 11 of different hardness has an insert material 12 formed in advance from a urethane slab chip or the like, and these insert materials 12 are formed in pairs on the left and right to form side support portions. Further, a corrugated paperboard 14 is disposed in contact with the insert material 12, and a corrugated cross-sectional portion of the core 14a of the corrugated paperboard paper 14 is at least in contact with the insert material 12.
It is in contact with one side of the In this example,
The inserts 12 are formed to fit into a pair of through holes 15 drilled in the corrugated paperboard 14, respectively, but notches are formed on both sides of the corrugated paperboard 14 so that the inserts can be inserted into both sides. 12 may be attached.

A pad material 13 made of foamed synthetic resin is formed to cover the insert material 12, thereby forming a pad 11 of different hardness. At this time, corrugated paper 14
is formed on the bottom side of the pad material 13. In addition, ventilation holes 1 are provided in the liner 14b of the corrugated paper 14.
7 is formed so that air, foaming gas, etc. in the mold can be easily discharged from the vent hole 4 of the mold 1 when molding a foamed synthetic resin.

Insert material 12 into through hole 15 of corrugated paper 14
were placed in the lower die 1A of the foam mold 1 in a fitted state, and the stock solution of foamed synthetic resin was injected from the edge of the corrugated paperboard 14, and the insert material 12 was integrally molded by foam molding. A pad material 13 is obtained. Foaming of the foamed synthetic resin stock solution progresses gradually in the foaming mold 1 from the outside and near the center, and the air and foaming gas inside the foaming mold 1 are released from the inside of the insert material 12 by the cross-sectional waves of the corrugated paperboard 14. It is guided by the corrugated paper 14 to the vent hole 4 of the upper die 1B from the corrugated cross-sectional part, or to the vent hole 4 from the vent hole 17 bored in the liner 14b of the corrugated paper 14. be guided. Therefore, the air accumulated around the insert material 12 and the foaming gas of the foamed synthetic resin in the vicinity of the insert material 12 destroy the bubbles in the outer and center pad materials 13 where foaming has progressed, and directly flow into the vent hole 4.
Since the pad material 13 is not discharged, the adverse effects of air and foaming gas can be removed during the molding of the pad material 13, and a high quality pad material 13 can be obtained.

The above is an outline of an embodiment of the pad with different hardness for a seat according to the present invention. The foaming gas of the foamed synthetic resin in the vicinity of the foam will not destroy the bubbles in the outer and center pad materials, which have undergone foaming.
The corrugated paper is guided to the vent hole and discharged from the corrugated section of the corrugated paper that comes into contact with the insert material. In addition, since corrugated paper is placed in contact with the vent hole, only air and foaming gas are discharged from the vent hole during molding of the pad material, and synthetic resin waste such as so-called urethane bread is discharged from the outside of the vent hole. It is extremely economical because there is no problem, and since the insert material can be inserted into the foam mold with the corrugated paper fitted, the insertion work of the insert material is extremely easy. To obtain a pad of different hardness for a seat that can be inserted accurately and reliably into a desired position and improve work efficiency.
