器、３は操舵トルク検出器、４は補助トルク発生
用電動機、５は出力軸、６は減速機構、６１はカ
ム、６２は弾性軸受け、６３は弾性ギヤ、６４は
リングギヤ、６６はオルダム軸継手である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ステアリングの運動を伝達する入力軸と、
    この入力軸の回転に伴つて必要な補助トルクを発
    生する電動機と、この電動機の発生する前記補助
    トルクを所望の回転数で出力軸に伝達するための
    減速機構とを有する電動式パワーステアリング装
    置において、 前記減速機構は、その内周に歯を有し静止系に
    固定したリングギヤと、一端側で前記出力軸に連
    結され他端側外周に歯を有し径方向に弾性変形可
    能で軸方向のねじれに対し剛性を有するカツプ状
    の弾性ギヤと、前記電動機の回転子に連結しかつ
    相対する２ケ所で前記弾性ギヤの外周歯を前記リ
    ングギヤの内周歯に噛合させるカムとを備えたこ
    とを特徴とする電動式パワーステアリング装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の装置
    において、前記カムは楕円面を成すことを特徴と
    する電動式パワーステアリング装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項又は第(2)
    項記載の装置において、前記電動機の前記回転出
    力はオルダム軸継手によつて前記減速機構に伝達
    することを特徴とする電動式パワーステアリング
    装置。
