Claims (1)
- 気体軸受を用いた膨張タービンにおけるロータ
背面圧力と該気体軸受室圧力との差圧を測定する
測定装置と、該差圧をゼロもしくは定められた小
さな値となるように、該軸受室に供給または該軸
受室から出ていくガスラインの途中に設けた弁を
調節する演算制御装置とを設けたことを特徴とす
る膨張タービンの制御装置。
