Claims (1)
- イオン感応性電界効果型トランジスタの表面に
酵素の固定化膜を設けたセンサチツプとプリント
基板を実装し、前記チツプと前記プリント基板と
の間を接着剤によつて固着し、前記チツプと前記
プリント基板の所望電極間をワイヤボンデイング
によつて接続して尿素センサにおいて、このワイ
ヤ近傍をポツテイング剤によつて覆い、このポツ
テイング剤の表面をワツクスによつて被覆したこ
とを特徴とする尿素センサ。
