- 異なる回路パターンがスクライブラインにより
分離されたチツプ領域に適宜割り合てた状態で形
成されて成る半導体ウエハにおいて、各チツプ領
域周端部の導通状態を該チツプに形成された回路
パターンに応じて異ならしめるための金属薄板を
設けて成る半導体ウエハ。
