持台、６はケーブル固定板、７，８，９は接着剤
、１０はケーブル、１１は防振材製ホーン兼用マ
イクケース、１３はセラミツクマイクロホン組立

Claims (1)
- 圧力流体の通路や容器の内部から外部への漏れ
、外部から内部への負圧による吸い込みなどの生
ずるパイプの亀裂箇所、パツキングやシールのリ
ークの探知に離れたところからでも超音波を検出
することができる超音波リーク・デイテクタ用ホ
ーン形マイクセンサにおいて、損傷箇所からのリ
ークによる超音波を捕促検出すると共に、測定者
の手その他のセンサ保持部から混入する妨害超音
波の伝導を遮断する防振材をもつてセンサ部と本
体ケースとを隔離した構造としたことを特徴とす
る超音波マイクセンサ。
