  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 手持用の手持用筒と、 ベアリングと、 このベアリングにより上記手持用筒に測定面の
    傾斜に沿つて傾斜可能に取付けられたプローブ取
    付筒と、 このプローブ取付筒によつて支持されるプロー
    ブと、 このプローブが測定面に接した際に、測定面に
    対して常に直角の状態を保つように上記プローブ
    取付筒の下部に設けられた突起部と、 上記手持用筒を介して上記プローブを測定面に
    押付けた際に、上記プローブに均等な圧力が加わ
    るように設定されたバネとを具備したことを特徴
    とする超音波検査用加圧式プローブ。
