  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基板上に拡散層で形成したホイートストンブリ
    ツジを用いて歪を検出するストレインゲージの集
    積回路において、 前記ホイートストンブリツジの４つの接続点か
    ら引出したゲージリードのパターン形状を、ホイ
    ートストンブリツジの電圧計の接続点を結ぶ線に
    関して対称な形状にしたことを特徴とするストレ
    インゲージの集積回路。
