Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 局部的に取り囲まれた磁区を支持出来る鉄ガ
    ーネツトの層2を担持する単結晶非磁性基板1を
    含み、前記層は前記非磁性基板1上に圧縮状態下
    で成長され機械的歪誘導一軸磁気異方性成分を有
    しており、前記鉄ガーネツトは正の磁歪定数をも
    つたタイプの鉄ガーネツト材料となした、磁区6
    を移動させるための磁区移動装置において、前記
    鉄ガーネツトは鉄格子位置の一部分にマンガンを
    具えかつ十二面体格子位置占有物が磁壁移動度に
    対し実質的に影響を及ぼさない材料から成り、前
    記材料は希士類ガリウムーガーネツト基板の10
    0面上に堆積されていることを特徴とする磁区移
    動装置。 2 前記磁区を安定化するため前記層を磁気的に
    バイアスするための第1手段と、斯様な磁区を励
    起するための第2手段7と、斯様な磁区の存在を
    検出するための第3手段8n,21と、斯様な磁
    区を伝播させるための第4手段8,8a,8b,
    9とを備えることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲1記載の磁区移動装置。 3 非磁性ガーネツト材料は第1特性格子パラメ
    ータaを有し及び鉄ガーネツトは第2特性格子
    パラメータaを有し、ここにおいて、a〉a
    としおよび、 −1×10−2〈a−a〈−1×10
    −3 であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    1記載の磁区移動装置。 4 磁性鉄ガーネツトは十二面体位置にガドリニ
    ウム及びイツトリウムから成る群から選ばれた少
    なくとも1個の元素を具えた材料から成ることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲1記載の磁区
    移動装置。 5 磁性鉄ガーネツトはガーネツト格子の十二面
    体位置にビスマス及びイツトリウムを具える材料
    から成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲1記載の磁区移動装置。 6 磁性鉄ガーネツトはガーネツト格子の十二面
    体位置にビスマス、イツトリウム及び希土類金属
    を具えることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲1記載の磁区移動装置。 7 磁性鉄ガーネツトは式、 {Bi,Y,RE}(Fe,Mn,Q)
    12で、 表わされ得る材料から成り、ここにおいてREは
    希土類金属から成る群から選ばれた少なくとも1
    個の希土類金属であり及びQはGe,Si,Al
    及びGaからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1個
    の元素であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲6記載の磁区移動装置。
