図の５―５線に沿う縦断面図である。 図中の主な記号の説明、２１……被冷却水流下
専用通路、２２……空気専用流路、３１……開閉
ダンパ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上部水槽真下で冷却塔本体内に温水流下式
    熱交換器が充填されている直交流式冷却塔におい
    て、 前記温水流下式熱交換器には、複数個の被冷却
    水流下専用通路と、これら被冷却水流下専用通路
    間に形成したほゞ水平なトンネル状の空気専用流
    路が設けてあり、各空気専用流路の吸入口は、前
    記冷却塔本体に設けた外気取入口に開口し、その
    吐出口は、冷却塔排気通路に開口している一方、
    前記被冷却水流下専用通路の上端は被冷却水流入
    口としてあり、その下端は、前記温水流下式熱交
    換器の下方に充填された充填材への被冷却水散布
    口としてあり、前記充填材間の空気流路の吐出口
    も前記冷塔排気通路に開口していることを特徴と
    する白煙発生防止機能を有する冷却塔。 (2) 前記被冷却水流下専用通路の幅は、前記空
    気専用流路の幅の２分の１乃至３分の１程度の寸
    法としてある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の白煙発生防止機能を有する冷却塔。 (3) 前記被冷却水流下専用通路及び空気専用流
    路は、上下方向にわたり波状に蛇行して形成され
    ている実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の白煙
    発生防止機能を有する冷却塔。 (4) 前記温水流下式熱交換器が前記上部水槽と
    一体に形成され、前記被冷却水流下専用通路の下
    端が、上部水槽の底面散水口を形成している実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の白煙発生防止機
    能を有する冷却塔。 (5) 前記空気専用流路の天井壁は、隣接する被
    冷却水流下専用通路の上端で形成される被冷却水
    流入口同士を連なる上向に凸の丸天井壁としてあ
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の白煙発生
    防止機能を有する冷却塔。 (6) 前記空気専用流路の吐出口は、下端がヒン
    ジ結合された開閉ダンパを有する吐出口としてあ
    り、この開閉ダンパの開放時にその上端が、前記
    冷却塔排気通路内へ張出す形状に前記開閉ダンパ
    は形成してある実用新案登録請求の範囲第５項記
    載の白煙発生防止機能を有する冷却塔。
