第１図はこの考案の実施例による圧力検出器の
ダイアフラムを示す断面図、第２図は他の実施例
のダイアフラムを示す断面図、第３図はダイアフ
ラムの作り方を示す説明図、第４図は従来の圧力
検出器の断面図である。 ３Ａ，３Ｂはダイアフラム、４は圧力導入室、
５は密封流体、６は密封室、８はパイプ、１４は
圧力センサ素子、２０は耐圧容器。なお、図中、
同一符号は同一、または相当部分を示す。
ダイアフラムを示す断面図、第２図は他の実施例
のダイアフラムを示す断面図、第３図はダイアフ
ラムの作り方を示す説明図、第４図は従来の圧力
検出器の断面図である。 ３Ａ，３Ｂはダイアフラム、４は圧力導入室、
５は密封流体、６は密封室、８はパイプ、１４は
圧力センサ素子、２０は耐圧容器。なお、図中、
同一符号は同一、または相当部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 圧力導入室と密封流体を封入した密封室と
を隔成するダイアフラムと、上記密封室にパイプ
を介して連通され、かつ一部が大気に接し、他部
が内部に封入された密封流体に接する圧力センサ
素子を有する耐圧容器とを備えた圧力検出器にお
いて、上記ダイアフラムの中心部を他部に比し剛
性の高い波形状構造としたことを特徴とする圧力
検出器。 (2) ダイアフラムの中心部における波形状構造
の波形のピツチに対する高さの比率を、ダイアフ
ラムの周辺部の上記比率よりも高く設定したこと
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の圧力検出器。
