Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は特許請求の範囲第１項の上位概念に記載の、電
子機器、例えば車載受信機の所有者識別回路装置に関す
る。
従来技術 車載受信機は、特に駐車中の自動車からの盗難の対象と
なることがしばしばある。盗まれた車載受信機の保安に
際し、多くの場合製造番号に基ついて正当な所有者を知
ることは非常に困難か、若しくは不可能である。さらに
、製造番号は比較的容易にはぎ取られたシ、偽造された
すする。
発明の目的 本発明の目的は、所有者の容易な識別を可能とする例え
ば車載受信機用の回路装置を提供することである。
問題点を解決するだめの手段 前述の目的は、特許請求の範囲第１項の特徴部分に記載
の構成によシ、特許請求の範囲第１項の上位概念に記載
の回路装置において解決される。
発明の効果 本発明によ）達成された利点は特に、電気的に記憶され
た自動車識別符号が英数字表示装置を用い、いつでも呼
出しスイッチの操作によって暗号化せずに表示できると
いうことである。
表示された自動車識別符号に基づき、自動車の所有者、
ひいては車載受信機の所有者が迅速につきとめられる。
特許請求の範囲第２項に記載の回路装置の構成によシ、
所有者は所有者のみが知る秘密の符号語を用いて、その
自動車識別符号のデータを記憶することができる。特許
請求の範囲第３項に記載の回路装置の別の有利な実施例
においては、誤った符号語の入力後直ちに自動車識別符
号の表示が行なわれる。特許請求の範囲第４項に記載の
回路装置の別の有利な実施例によれば、本発明による回
路装置を故意に破壊しようとした場合、強制的に車載受
信機の動作に必要な部分の破壊も行なわれることとなシ
、従って不当な所有者はその種の行為を断念しなければ
ならなくなる。
実施例 図に示された本発明の実施例を以下詳細に説明する。
図示されていない車載受信機の受信部１は一方では、３
つの切換位置を有する切換スイッチＳ１を介して英数字
符号の入力用キーボード２と接続されており、他方では
切換スイッチとして構成された、電気的に制御可能な呼
出しスイッチＳ２を介して英数字表示装置３（ディスプ
レイ）と接続されている。表示装置３は切換スイッチＳ
２を介して不揮発性の第１メモリ４の出力側と接続可能
であシ、その第１メモリ４の中に自動車識別符号のデー
タが記憶されている。
第１メモリ４の入力側は電子スイッチＳ４および切換ス
イッチＳ１の第３切換位置■を介してキーボード２と接
続可能となっている。不揮発性の第２メモリ５には秘密
の符号語が記憶されている。キーボード２はさらに切換
スイッチＳ１の第２切換位置■を介して第３メモリ６の
入力側と接続可能となっている。その結果、この第３メ
モリ６はキーボード２を介して任意の符号語を記憶可能
となる。２つのメモリ５，６の出力側は比較装置Ｔと接
続されてお）、この比較装置７は符号語が一致した時、
即ち車載受信機の所有者のみが知っている正しい符号語
が入力されると、切換信号を送出する。この切換信号は
電子スイッチＳ４を次のように制御する。
即ち、電子スイッチＳ４によシ、第１メモリ４０入力側
は切換スイッチＳ１の第３切換位置■の接点と接続され
るように制御する。切換スイッチＳ１をその第３切換位
置■へ切換えだ後、第１メモリ４によ如自動車識別符号
のデータが入力される。比較装置７の出力側はＮｏｔ−
素子８を介して呼出しスイッチＳ２の制御入力側と接続
されている。
符号語が一致しない場合には比較装置７の出力側に、第
１メモリ４のデータ入力側に配置されたスイッチＳ４を
しゃ断しかつＮｏｔ−素子８を介して呼出しスイッチＳ
２を制御する信号が発生する。その結果、呼出しスイッ
チＳ２は第１メモリ４の出力側を表示装置３と接続し、
表示装置３には自動車識別符号が表示される。
呼出しスイッチＳ２は手動によっても、また電源の遮断
をその間に行なって機器の機能の電気的インタロックを
行なう、盗難防止装置の制御回路によっても操作可能で
ある。
本発明は車載受信機への実施にのみ制限されるものでは
なく、同様に自動車に取シ付けられる他の電子機器にも
設けることができる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、英数字表示装置、並びに英数字符号入力用のキーボ
    ードを有する電子機器の所有者識別回路装置において、
    自動車識別符号を記憶可能な不揮発性の第１メモリ（４
    ）が設けられており、該第１メモリ（４）の出力側は呼
    出しスイッチ（Ｓ２）を介して英数字表示装置（３）の
    入力側と接続可能であることを特徴とする電子機器の所
    有者識別回路装置。 ２、符号語を記憶している不揮発性の第２メモリ（５）
    と、入力キーボード（２）を用い符号語を記憶可能な第
    ３メモリ（６）とが設けられており、さらに前記２つの
    メモリ（５、６）と接続された比較装置（７）が設けら
    れており、該比較装置（７）は、第２メモリ（５）およ
    び第３メモリ（６）からの符号語が一致した時、即ち正
    しい符号語が入力された後、第１メモリ（４）に対応し
    て設けられたスイッチ（Ｓ４）を制御して、第１メモリ
    （４）に入力キーボード（２）を介して自動車識別符号
    のデータを記憶可能とした特許請求の範囲第１項記載の
    電子機器の所有者識別回路装置。 ３、符号語が一致しなかつた時、即ち誤つた符号語が入
    力された後、比較装置（７）は切換スイッチとして構成
    された呼出しスイッチ（Ｓ２）を制御し、該呼出しスイ
    ッチは表示装置（３）に前置接続されており、かつ車載
    受信機の受信部（１）と第１メモリ（４）とに接続され
    ており、受信部（１）の同調データの代りに、自動車識
    別符号が前記表示装置（３）に表示されるようにした特
    許請求の範囲第２項記載の電子機器の所有者識別回路装
    置。 ４、自動車識別符号のデータのためのメモリ（４）が表
    示装置（３）の制御電子回路の集積素子である特許請求
    の範囲第１項から第３項までのいずれか１項に記載の電
    子機器の所有者識別回路装置。 ５、電源回路からの分離がその間に行なわれると車載受
    信機の機能をインタロックする制御回路により、呼出し
    スイッチ（Ｓ２）が制御される特許請求の範囲第１項、
    第２項または第４項のいずれか１項に記載の電子機器の
    所有者識別回路装置。
