【発明の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は磁気ディスク装置における磁気ディスクと磁気
ヘッドを収納し、密閉もしくは半密閉されたケース内の
９気清浄機構に関する。

従来の磁気ディスク装置は同一回転軸に固定された記録
媒体と書き込まれている情報を読み出す磁気へヴドを密
閉もしくは半密閉されたケースに収納し、回転軸が高速
に回転することによシ生じる全気流を上記ケース内に設
けたエアフィルタによって濾過する方式を用いた磁気デ
ィスク装置となっている。

上述した従来の磁気ディスク装置において、密閉もしく
は半密閉されたケース内に設けられたエアフィルタで濾
過することの出来ない微小物があシ、上記磁気ディスク
装置の複数の記録媒体から情報の読み出しの不良、もし
くはベッドクラッシェを起こしてしまうという欠点があ
る。

体と記録再生用磁気ヘッドとを収納し、密閉もしくは半
密閉されたケースの内面に粘着剤を塗布したことを特徴
とする磁気ディスク装置が得られる。

第１図は本発明の一実施例の断面図である。
本実施例は、磁気ディスク２と、磁気ディスク２を固定
する回転軸５と、密閉されたケー′ス１と、ケース内の
空気を清浄するためのエアフィルタ３と、ケース１の内
面に塗布した粘着剤４と、磁気ヘッドを移動させるため
のアクチュエータ６とを有する。

回転軸５に固定された磁気ディスク２が高速に（ロ）転
すると、遠心力によシ密閉されたケース内で空気流７が
発生する。このを気流７によシケース内に浮遊していた
微小物が移動するが、内部に設けられたエアフィルタ３
を通過することによシ、空気中に含まれる微小物が濾過
される。しかし、エアフィルタ３によっても濾過するこ
との出来ない微小物は塗布された粘着剤４によって、固
定され、ケース内の空気をよシ清浄することが出来る。
すると、遠心力によシ密閉されたケース内で空気流７が
発生する。このを気流７によシケース内に浮遊していた
微小物が移動するが、内部に設けられたエアフィルタ３
を通過することによシ、空気中に含まれる微小物が濾過
される。しかし、エアフィルタ３によっても濾過するこ
との出来ない微小物は塗布された粘着剤４によって、固
定され、ケース内の空気をよシ清浄することが出来る。
ケースｌの内面の粘着剤４の塗布する場所と粘着剤４の
粘性は磁気ディスク装置の構造、突気流量、流速によっ
て決められるものであって最適の条件に設定する必要が
ある。

以上説明したように、本発明は、磁気ディスク装置のケ
ースの内面に塗布した粘着剤によって、微小物を固定す
ることにより、密閉もしくは半密閉されたケース内の空
気をよシ清浄にすることで複数の配録媒体上に書かれた
情報の読み出し不良。

Claims (1)
- 同一回転軸に固定された複数の記録媒体と、記録再生用
磁気ヘッドとを収容し、密閉もしくは半密閉されたケー
スを有する磁気ディスク装置において、前記のケースの
内面に粘着剤を塗布したことを特徴とする磁気ディスク
装置。
