- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被測定電流が流れる導体に鎖交して配置される
フアラデー効果をもつ周回積分形のガラス、偏光
子、検光子、プリズムからなる光電流センサにお
いて、 前記周回積分形のガラスの一部にもうけた光入
出射口に切り込みを入れ、この切り込みに前記偏
光子、前記検光子、前記プリズムを配置したこと
を特徴とする光電源センサ。
