【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
被試検物体に与えられた超音波パルスの反射よ
り映像を得る音響映像装置において、 入力する前記超音波パルスを電気信号に変換す
る複数のトランスデユーサから成るサレイと、 前記アレイ上の各トランスデユーサから前記電
気信号を受け取り前記電気信号の搬送波の位相を
変化させる複数の位相変化器と、 加算ポイントまでの相異なる遅延を与える複数
の入力端を持つ遅延器と、 前記位相変化器の夫々の出力を前記遅延器の適
切な入力端に接続することにより、当該入力端か
ら前記加算ポイントまでの遅延が、前記トランス
デユーサが所与の点に焦点を結ぶために必要な理
想遅延に最も近くなるようにする手段と、 前記位相変化器の位相変化量を変化させること
により、前記入力端から前記加算ポイントまでの
遅延と前記理想遅延との差を補償する位相制御手
段と を設けたことを特徴とする音響映像装置。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被試検物体に与えられた超音波パルスの反射よ
り映像を得る音響映像装置において、 入力する前記超音波パルスを電気信号に変換す
る複数のトランスデユーサから成るアレイと、 前記アレイ上の各トランスデユーサから前記電
気信号を受け取る複数の位相変化器と、 加算ポイントまでの相異なる遅延を与える複数
の入力端を持つ遅延器と、 前記位相変化器の夫々の出力を前記遅延器の適
切な入力に接続することにより、当該入力端から
前記加算ポイントまでの遅延が、前記トランスデ
ユーサが所与の点に焦点を結ぶために必要な理想
遅延に最も近くなるようにする手段と、 前記位相変化器の位相変化量を変化させること
により、前記入力端から前記加算ポイントまでの
遅延と前記理想遅延との差を補償する位想制御手
段と、 を設けたことを特徴とする音響映像装置。
