  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 透明または半透明で、シート状に形成され
    た被測定体と、この被測定体の移動方向に対して
    直角な側面方向に設けられ前記被測定体の側面か
    ら内部に照射する光源と、前記被測定体の外部に
    設けられ前記光源の照射光が前記被測定体の内部
    または表面の欠点により散乱された散乱光を捕捉
    する受光器と、前記被測定体より前記受光器への
    散乱光の通路以外の部分を蓋い前記被測定体から
    の光の漏洩を遮断する光遮蔽板とを備えたことを
    特徴とするシート欠点検出装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項の記載にお
    いて、被測定体は、長手方向に移送される帯状シ
    ートであることを特徴とするシート欠点検出装置
    。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項の記載にお
    いて、被測定体は、軸体に巻付けられ前記軸体を
    軸心として一方向に回転するシート回転体である
    ことを特徴とするシート欠点検出装置。
