途中のチツプバリスタを示す斜視図、第５図は従
来例に係るチツプバリスタを示す正断面図である

無機絶縁層、４，５……内部電極、６，７……断
面コ字状の外部電極、８……絶縁外装、９，１０
……先端部。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 角板状に成形焼結したバリスタ素体と、該
素体の両側面それぞれを介して表裏両面および正
面・背面の一部に連接して形成した断面コ字状の
無機絶縁層と、前記素体両面に一方端を前記無機
絶縁層の一方面上まで延びて対称に形成した内部
電極と、前記素体両側面上を構成する前記無機絶
縁層上を介して前記内部電極端縁面および該内部
電極端縁面と反対面に位置した前記無機絶縁層の
一部と連接して形成した断面コ字状の外部電極と
、該外部電極部を除いた全面に形成した絶縁外装
とを具備したことを特徴とするチツプバリスタ。 (2) 絶縁外装が無機または高分子絶縁材からな
